We will verify the need and cost of your medications and contact your doctor if necessary to make any changes. Ask your employer’s Human Resource Manager if your plan covers MTM services.

If you are a North Carolina resident, 65 years of age or older, and participate in a Medicare Prescription Drug Program, you may be eligible to receive this service for free!

If you have diabetes and work for the City of Charlotte, you may be able to receive specific Diabetes Disease Management through their myCare Program. Contact your Human Resources Manager to see if you are eligible.
